Over 750 signatures collected

Thank you to all of you who interacted with us and signed the Brandwacht Rezoning Action Group Objection. We also received many copies of personal objections sent in. If you haven't done so already, please copy us in your personal objection at brandwachtrezoning@gmail.com so we can keep an eye on proceedings.

We now await what happens in the Application process. There are 2 possible outcomes at this moment - the Application either gets rejected or approved. There is then an Appeal process. The person who decides whether the Appeal is successful is the Mayor.

The Mayor has rejected to meet with us based on the fact that she expects an Appeal and that meeting with us would be unfair. We will however be given the opportunity to present our case should there be an Appeal.
